Charles Bloss, FSA, MAAA, FCA

Chuck Bloss is responsible for the design of Certilytics’ analytic platform and product portfolio, leveraging his more than two decades of experiences in various actuarial, informatics, and financial leadership roles. At Florida Blue, Chuck was the Senior Director of Information Management, overseeing the team in charge of the data warehouse, BI tools, and master data. He also led the development of various analytic tools to support value-based contracting. Chuck is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.
