Andrew Ottum, MPH

Executive Vice President

Mr. Ottum is responsible for coordinating Certilytics’ business development strategy, including new sales, marketing, and strategic communications. As one of the original employees of the company, he has held various roles related to customer implementation and deployment, product design, and actuarial consulting. Prior to joining Certilytics in 2013, Mr. Ottum was part of the senior consulting team at Cambridge Advisory Group where he worked with Fortune 500 Companies in the management of their health and welfare benefits. Mr. Ottum graduated with a Master of Public Health and BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2011 and 2009, respectively. He has published academic journal articles related to the effectiveness of patient and provider communication in reducing healthcare associated infections. He currently serves as the President of Eau Claire Events, a non-profit organization that raises money and awareness for local and international health and wellness promotion.
